Before writing and publishing books, Lorelou was working on environmental protection and especially in the sectors of rainforest protection, plastic pollution and circular economy. She was a jurist in Norway and Denmark working on European environmental law. As a writer and indie publisher, A Frog in the Fjord Publishing is very engaged in making the right choices in order to impact the climate and environmental as little as possible.

We are looking not only in the sustainable production of the books, with third-party certifications such as Nordic Swan (Svanemerket) but also the end-of-life.

Our books are printed in Europe (Norway and Denmark) and the suppliers we choose are strict on sustainability criteria, whether it is chemical use or paper origin. For now our supplier is ScandinavianBook, based in Oslo Norway.
